Is my cell phone compatible?
To determine if your cell phone model is
compatible with our services, please refer to our compatible
cell phone listing under the product that you are trying to
download. Your cell phone model is usually indicated on your
battery, the brand is usually stated on the case and your service
provider (operator) appears on your bill.
How do I download ringtones and games etc?
Once you have clicked on the item you want, a
pop-up window will appear. If need be, you can change the
country to another one. Then, simply select your service
provider, cell phone model and then click "save".
After that, you can select your payment method. The process is
really quick and easy, and there's help every step of the way
during the selection and purchasing process.
How will I receive the graphics, ringtones or
games?
All products are either sent through WAP (wireless
application protocol) the Internet, or for monophonic ringtones
and operator logos, your purchase will be sent via SMS. For all other
products, your cell phone must be configured to receive WAP
messages. This is usually already done for you with newer
phones; but check your manual and with your service provider
just to make sure.
For all services apart from monophonic ringtones
or operator logos, you should receive an SMS with a WAP link within 30
minutes of your purchase. Depending on your cell phone model,
you will either need to click the link, click the option go to
the WAP address, or, in the case of older phone models, retype
the address. Once this step is completed, just save the product
on your cell phone and you're done!
